At the end of November, we’ll be migrating the Sematext Logs backend from Elasticsearch to OpenSearch

Sematext Agent for Windows beta release

May 28, 2024

The first public beta release of our Sematext Agent for Windows is now available. It allows you to collect metrics about your Windows hosts, including, CPU, memory, disk, network and processes and visualize them in Sematext Cloud the same way you did with other supported environments.

Key Benefits

  • Get detailed insights about your Windows hosts performance and health
  • Receive alerts on performance issues in your infrastructure, including your Windows hosts
  • Install easily with a user-friendly GUI installer or Windows CMD
  • Enjoy seamless operation as the agent configures itself and runs as a Windows Service with minimal footprint

With the addition of Windows support in Sematext Cloud, you can now monitor Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, Containers, and other environments and use the same infrastructure reports across all platforms.

This is the first public beta release. We have more releases planned with additional features for Windows monitoring such as Windows Services and Windows Events integration. We welcome your feedback to help us improve and add the features you need.
